Process
Top down, back to front, dry to wet.
The order matters. Dust falls, so we never clean a carpet before the dash above it.
Walk-around
We note stains, odors and damage with you before we start.
Dry pass
Air-purge and brush every seam and vent, then vacuum everything, seat rails included.
Hard surfaces
Dash, doors and console cleaned with soft brushes and a pH-neutral cleaner.
Wet pass
Pre-treat stains, agitate, then hot-water extract carpets and cloth until the water runs clear.
Dry & finish
Air movers for 20–40 min, glass last, then we walk the car with you.

FAQ
Before you book
Anything else, send a note with your booking request.
Do I need to provide water?
Yes. Please make sure we can reach an outdoor water tap near where the car is parked, and that there is room for the doors to open fully.
How long until I can drive it?
Right away. Carpets and seats will be slightly damp for 2–4 hours after extraction. Leave the windows cracked if the car sits in the sun.
Do you clean the outside too?
No. We only do interiors. We'd rather be the best at one thing than average at two.
Should I empty the car first?
Please take out anything you want to keep. We bag loose items we find and leave them on the passenger seat, but we don't sort through glove boxes or bags.
What if it rains?
Interior work is fine in light rain under a garage or carport. Otherwise we'll reschedule with you, free of charge.
How do I pay?
Card or cash at the end of the appointment, after you've looked the car over. No deposit needed.
